Okay so, this is a vid I've been looking for for months with no luck. I don't know if I just suck at finding things or if it really is nowhere to be found anymore.

Fandom: Queer as Folk US
Song: Hello Time Bomb Matthew Good Band

Now, this vid used to be up on [livejournal.com profile] linzeems's website but has since been taken down (she took off all her fannish stuff) and I can't seem to find it anywhere else. This is pretty much my last resort.

Linzee didn't take down all her fannish work, but did reduce the amount online. She still has a substantial amount of artwork up and six vids up, but only one per fandom it looks like. Here's her note about why vids have been removed:

"i could have sworn you had more of these. where is [insert video here]?
Why yes, yes I did have more of these. But that was a while ago. The ones that are available right now I feel represent the best of my vidding career -- they're online because I'm proud of them. Those that are not online, are not online. I apologize for the inconvenience."

I'd still try Charmax's advice and write to Linzee; though she might not want the vid widely available online anymore, she might still be willing to provide it to you on an individual basis, especially if you let her know why you liked it and want to see it again.

Huh, last time I checked there were no vids up - only graphics. From her explanation at her journal I'm surprised there's anything up at all. I did try to email her but I got no response.

That's frustrating. QAF isn't a fandom I frequent, but is there any chance the vid might have ended up in an archive? Assuming there are any, besides Boys of Babylon, which I checked and doesn't have any vids by Linzee.

If she'd told me she didn't want to share it at all anymore I would be okay with it but nothing. I did check a few archives but no luck so far.
