Specifically In BtVS I'm looking for Xander/Spike pairing vid set to Laid sung by James (not Marsters, that's the name of the band.:))

Specifically in AtS, Angel/Lindsey pairing set to Last Stand in Open Country by Willie Nelson and Kidd Rock.

Specifically in SV, CLex, Set to I Want Your Sex, by George Micheal.

In addition to those there once was this very very huge data base of vids listed by fandom. I no longer have that link either, and I would love it if someone has it or any links to good vids from the following: BtVS, AtS, SV, SPN.

SV Vid & Databases & Vid Recs - Continued

There are a host of individual rec pages that include BtVS and AtS vids, and others for SV and SPN - though these days dedicated rec pages have largely been supplanted by folks using their personal LJs or blogs.

The best way to find vid recs that match your tastes is to identify some vidders whose work you enjoy, then check out their LJs or other websites and see who they recommend. Nearly all vidders will mention other vids and vidders that they think are worth watching. For LJs, check out the tags and memories. For websites, look for a rec or links page.

For example, since you're looking for BtVS/AtS vids by Sisabet and Dr. Dawn (real-life sisters), you might try Sisabet's LJ and her Del.icio.us bookmarks for various vid recs.

There are a lot of BtVS and AtS vids, and a number of excellent vidders in the Buffyverse. A few - and I stress few - of my favorite vidders in the Buffyverse are listed below in alpha order. It's by no means all-inclusive! Honest, there are many vidders I didn't list that I do like.

Dina redina posted a huge number of Supernatural vid reviews and recs in her LJ and on the Vidding mailing list over a two month period last fall (9/2/07-11/10/07). She stopped publicly posting the reviews in Nov. 2006, but the review/rec posts are still accessible. Check out her LJ calendar and work your way forward from 9/2/07.
